Ethical Issue
Ethical Issue
Introduction
In the 21st century when we are talking about the equality of gender and women empowerment this couldn’t be happening if in any office such incidents will be recorded. Mr Pierre should be guilty that it is not good if a girl is asking you to not comment o her then it shouldn’t happen (Goyal, & Joshi, 2011). Mrs Joyce is a married woman and a coworker of Mr Pierre there should be a gentle relationship between them instead of being gentle behaviour Mr Pierre has behaved rudely with Mrs Joyce. First Mr Pierre has mockery Mrs Joyce then he did that mockery continue even after the warning given by Mrs Joyce.
Assessment to understand the problem
This is the whole case we have looked from the point of view of the lady now it is important to view the things with being neutral for this assessment we have to visit the office where both victim and culprit works. It is necessary to study the behaviour of Mr Pierre in the office with other female coworkers. Now if the incident took place in public then will move to some eyewitnesses who elaborate the scene in detail (Tharenou, 2010). Statement of both victim and culprit must be recorded at least twice. It is necessary to cross-check the witness then examine the actual scene that what would be happened.
I have found that all the evidence and the cross-examine of all statements recorded in the office are indicating that Mr Pierre is a culprit of harassing the woman his behaviour with other coworkers is as bad as with Mrs Joyce.
Result after assessment
Mr Pierre has faced some problems in his house his wife has lived with him recently and his one newborn baby has died because of some reason. Mr Pierre was a hard worker and gentle person when he joined the organization. Recent reports from Mr Pierre’s doctors suggest Mr. stay in mental easement still he does not feel fine. Mr Pierre is suffering from a physiological disease it is a kind of phobia, this disease has changed Mr Pierre’s behaviour in the office. He was transferred from Paris because the company thought that change in environment will help Mr Pierre to overcome the incidents that happened with him but it results in us bad Mr. wouldn’t find himself to make some good friends in the new office instead his phobia grab him deeply and he met with some physiological disease.
We have sanction leaves to Mr Pierre that he can go for the treatment of his disease and come back to join the office (Gunn, & Taylor, 2014). We excuse MrsJoyce for what happened in the office with her the whole scenario came later to know for us. Our organization has seen the entire case with athy and asked Mrs Joyce to take it in the same manner. Suggest Mrs Joyce take your case back from Mr Pierre so he does not suffer from any legal authentication to join the office again. We pray for Mr Pierre so can get well soon.
