Grief
How grief becomes evil: killer for a creature
Abstract
Grief is a deep sadness that comes in the creature’s life, it brings life-long changes within them as if they are human, animal or any other creatures. It comes in the life of a person who has faced the death or loss of his close one whom he/she loved a lot.
This section of the study is quite different from the psychological or depression studies. This section of the study will lead to guide you and give you knowledge so, you may understand the changes that come in the behaviour of the person after death or loss of his close one, with whom he/she was deeply connected. It will describe the all-dimensional changes that come into the person.
This paper will describe the changes that sorrow brings within him and how it converts into grief. This paper will deal with the grief faced by someone as well as it will describe the consequences and reasons of the grief.
It will help you to understand how to overcome this grief. It will develop your understanding through developing your observation towards the ill person who is facing this grief.
It will make you understand the difference between depression and grief. This section will discuss the mental condition of the subject and the difference between his previous and current life. It will tell you how to overcome and fight your mental situation.
Rationale/Problem statement
This research paper will lead you to the emotions of the person who is facing grief in his life. It will be easy to understand for you that how the situation and your mental status have changed with time.
How this grief has to lead you to a mental disorder. How bad grief can be for you and your mental wellness? It will tell you the difference between short term grief and long term grief and how long term sadness brings changes in your mind which reflect in your behaviour later.
This research paper will make you understand the difference between your thought processes which have changed gradually due to long term sadness (Parkes, & Prigerson, 2013). It is a deep study on the person who has to suffer from a mental disorder due to long and deep grief. You will find some negative glimpses of human nature and behaviour in this section of the study.
Some students met with their love at an earlier age and they devote themselves to that person in adolescence they do not understand the meaning of life and love. They found themselves helpless without that person they depend on them for their small requirements. They usually think that they are nothing without each other (Kain, 2013). Accidently if someone from them has died then they forget to live the life and are met with deep sorrow.
The one from them who do not want to overcome even due to that accident this person separate himself from the entire world and society. This decision lead the person to his doomsday.
He forgets to do work which he was doing earlier. He does not found himself concentrated doing any work. This is how one's precious life get spoil.
This issue doesn't only come in the couples. It is an issue of all those who are deeply connected with someone. It is problem with all people who have not imagined their life without that particular person.
This situation of deep sorrow leads them to serious physiological diseases.
This problem is commonly seen in society.
Nowadays the number of physiologically ill patients has increased. People are suffering from deep sorrow. They have forgotten the real meaning of life. They do not know how to solve the problems they are facing.
This paper is designed to help them find that what exactly their problem is? If once they will find out the reason for their problem then they will be able to understand it and if once they will understand the roots of their problem then the solution will be no farther from them (Simon, 2013).
Ultimately they will meet with their actual personality. They will meet with the heaven have inside them. This whole research is done to solve and recognise the problem.
This section leaves everything on you that how you will consider this either in negative or in positive. The positive aspect will help you to overcome this mental disorder and negative aspects will teach you to enjoy this disorder although negative aspect will disconnect you from the people who think for your betterment and make you ignorant and rude to others yet I’ll suggest to experience it or feel it once so the acceptance of good changes will increase in you. You may know that it is easy to change the extreme negative person as compared to others still I’ll say you to feel it by this you u u may recognize the ill person and you can become the one who can help him to overcome as stated by Supiano, & Luptak, (2013) This section defines the experiences of a person who were deeply enacted it love towards someone and the person whom he/she loved has quite his life. Deep gloom has faced by this person and he thought that it is an endless pain that will never end and he was met with a mental disorder.
This research paper has discussed the impacts of deep sorrow on the human. It will lead you to the result in the end on that how you can find the way to improve yourself and fight with this kind of situation. Sadness is just an emotion till it has some life if the sorrow is endless and deep with the time then it becomes a reason of mental sickness which Lead the human behaviour to the dooms and it gradually results in you your untimely and known issue death.
Research question
Is grief can be a reason for mental sickness? What is the reason behind the grief? Is grief can spoil someone life? The deep sorrow can be bad as hell? Is it a reason which develops addicted people? Is this fathomless ocean deep sorrow can be treated? What can be the appropriate treatment against this enormous sorrow? What should be the actual way to become liberated towards others and what can be the right way of living your life? What is the way Jesus has shown us and libel have suggested living?
Literature review
This topic is considered as a physiological problem earlier till was not researched. Might be a lot of work has been done on this topic still some factors of this topic are hidden people may ignore the change that came in their behaviour due to some incident. But somewhere they are not found eligible to explain the reason to change came in their behaviour. This study leads to explain the reason behind the change came in their life recently due to some intense incident. It is justified by the various research paper on the same topic that deep sorrow and grief is a consequence of deep love with someone in the words of Eagle, & Alexandrov, (2012). It is found throughout the reading and research that if a person deeply loves someone then he does not want to leave him in any condition. It becomes the reason for grief when the person whom he loved has died or left him away. Human beings start loving someone after built a bond or a relationship with him. We will understand this feeling of love and how it arises in someone’s mind towards others. The brain is a very sensitive part of a creature's body it recorded every incident that happened in the person’s and animal’s life it is recorded either in the conscious mind or in the subconscious mind. is building build the creature's behaviour some of the things that happened in his life have been recorded for a very shorperiodme whereas some of the thoughts skip or vanish and some from the store in his subconscious mind. Those thought deeply imprint on his mind start craving and these cravings start annoying him it can be anything. A creature first starts craving then fall in love with that he never wants to leave that thing forever.
Craving is a root of sorrow and sorrow is a root of grief and grief is a root of mental illness this is how a cycle of mental illness comes. An infant came into the world and see the known things he starts weeping instead he does not know that everyone is happy due to his birth he has no craving for the atmosphere he even does not who is their parent but an infant is even born with craving. An infant’s craving has with his body that is why he starts crying when he feels hungry. He still does not know who their parent is. He only understands his hungry and harm from others. Gradually he becomes child he got to know that who is their parent and what sacrifices his mother has done to bring him in the world it is a time when filled with kindness towards his mother same as when he got know that how difficult it is to earn money then he started respecting his father for serving him from the late years this is the moment which brings changes in his thought about his parents and with all these changes he started to do craving with his parents and the things which he like the most he start selecting things for himself which generates craving and craving becomes the reason of sorrow or grief at the end.
Short term sorrow is never such bad for creatures it comes and goes. It never leaves an impact that can change the behaviour of the person. What exactly a change came in the creature at the time of grief. We will discuss here in detail. It happens when aversion arises in his mind after some time he starts blaming himself for all the problems that came in his life he started accepting that he is the only culprit for the situation whatever bad happened related to the relationship is only happened just because of him. It is not such bad to accept that you are the only reason for your problem but it becomes hard and awful when he started a thing that the situation will never go as they were in the future the person or the thing whom he likes or loves will never be fine in upcoming time and then he thinks that he should do something different or better made himself isolated from all the things which have in his life. We move apart from his family and friends he started smoking, drinking to avoid the thought arising in his mind. He starting running behind from those who say him to move on and start a new life but he never wants to go on that way he has walked before it is nothing else than craving. The regular form of such behaviour leads to the change in the behaviour permanently and it becomes the reason for the mental illness. He is never able to focus on one thing he runs away from things. A frightened developed in his mind towards the new targets that he wouldn’t achieve new things now which he can like. It is the start of ending life. Now in this mental situation, he started complaining that nobody understands him. Nobody knows what I want the whole world is materialistic. This It can understand that a creature never leaves the character of self-centred he always keeps in mind that I am. I am the one who knows everything. Grief brings new changes in your routine life such as now you will not do the same work you like the most in earlier life. It is all go such like a runway theory that work till your behaviour become permanently isolated. Where human starts opposing the things which like the most or he never want to accept the changes if someone suggests him to bring in his life to improve the behaviour or trying to bring it in the same position it was in the past.
Now will discuss one more reaction and the situation goes the same as going in this situation but the thought process of the creature runs in another direction but it results in the same in the end. It is a condition that arises when a lovable person or closest person has died. In this situation, the creature starts finding the reason behind his death to blame someone that the most lovable person of my life was died just because of this reason. Once he finds the reason he started cursing him and he started developing theory in his mind that now nobody can help me in this he was the only one who could help me in this field that field now I am wastage without that thing and nobody can bring him back as well nobody can take his place it was bad which I have met with his is like a hell for me on the earth. This kind of negativity leads him to the grief he thinks that now nobody can do something better to change they will suggest he stay away from the memories even those were the best memories of his life with my nearest one. In this situation, he again holds the same wit and gloom. The creatures self-centeredness does not allow him to take part in oratories he lost his full confidence.
Here will focus that why a person takes such action again he is a self-centred person every creature is self-centred. He does not love anybody as he loves himself the creature never want to die and always want to live respected life and he thinks that whatever he is doing. It is the best thing he is doing in this world entire world does not have an idea what a person should do but I have all idea I am the best. I have this I have that such thought he builds up in his mind and when he lost them he falls into anarchy which leads him to sorrow. Sometimes he like something unconditional or the things that I am the perfect person for this thing it should be here only with it is not made for anybody it is made for me and I am the best person in this world who can do care of it. Nobody can do care for this thing as I am if the thing wants to live longer then I am the best for this. This led him to a deep relationship with that thing and when the same thing leaves him he was met with grief deep sorrow which changes his life as badly as nothing could. Major symptoms seen in this kind of mental illness creating issues are that a creature feels tired without even doing anything the whole day. Now a question arises how a one can feel tiered even not doing anything in the whole day. Here we know how it happens he must be not doing anything but his brain keeps work till the thoughts are arising in the mind about the issue. Indeed, the creature who is facing this kind of grief always thinks about the same issue but his brain failed to take some adequate decision that can help him to overcome the situation. In such conditions, he usually goes for the alcohol so he could stop thinking about that issue but in some cases, it happens just opposite the creature think a lot even after consuming tocsins even it all goes like food for think a lot on that same issue. The creature spoils his sleep in thinking a lot and if the brain will get the rest it can lead to brain fail or something the same kind of issue which can to the forever.
Grief and deep sorrow are different from depression come once you lost something depression can be treated with time and doctors can boost up the depressive patient with prescribed drugs and medicine needed to build confidence. They can be some kind of sedition drugs that help a creature to overcome depression while deep sadness is different from the whole concept of depressive mental disease it cannot be treated with the medicine it took time to be treated. This kind of mental illness can convert into epilepsy, short term memory loss and more types of serious diseases. This whole scenario is more dangerous than depression. Here in this kind of problem neurons needs to generate extra magnetic field waves to deliver the message. The fluctuation of magnetic power generation increases highly this take more glucose to cool the mind and in the end, when it fails to get it he feels tired even after doing nothing the whole day.
We have discussed here all issues and symptoms as well as causes and consequences of the grief. We have also discussed that medical science has no formulated medicine to overcome this kind of deep sadness which can be a reason for various dangerous diseases. This is the kind of serious disease which can lead you to bed for the whole next life.
There is nothing in the world that can be called immortal everything have a doomsday. The period of doom can be different for everyone. It is analyses throughout the study that humans are not made for materialistic thighs have made for human whole facilities available in the world have a doom. Even a human have a doomsday so we shouldn’t be worried if something bad happened in our life. We should make a move start life from the very beginning just like an infant. An infant starts living from the very begging just forgetting what he was in the past birth what sins he has done in his past life. Same as the infant we should even start when a thought came to mind that there is no way more. The way I was following has ended here. It should be deeply understood that we all are living for our resurrection there is nothing like me and mine in the world everything will be at the end one day.
Be optimistic in life hurdles may come but not stay for long.
Research methodology
This research is written after reading the scholar’s and expertise’s work on the same topic. Research has deigned in the ideal framework of the research paper which we have taken from previous work. To write this paper researchers have consulted this expertise of a particular field to get the authentic data that is used in the research paper (Skluzacek, et. al., 2011). The approach was ethical and it has considered data collection, analyses, medicine science’s study has done to form the paper. As we can say that for the success of work and achieving of aim and objective can be done only by following the appropriate way of writing a research paper and here in this we have considered all the guidelines after analyzing the old work on the same topic.
Interview and collection of data according to the padesidesignave been beencolcolleenlbeeciteddbeen cited from difdifferentsources as well cross-checked from the primary resources. Secondary data was analyzed and cross-checked from the primary resources.
Primary resources of data such as books written by popular writers, research work on the same issue from the other writer are which was authenticated by the various institutions. Meditation theories were found in the ancient history book. Primary data from government institutional has collected and secondary data was cross-checked from that primary data.
Method of achieving validity
The validity of achieving data is difficult until we have collected data from sources which we have divided into two parts primarily and secondary. Primary data was collected from scs, government organizations and other institutions. The secondary data was collected from our team then we cross-c the CK the kind of data with each other. The whole analysis was done by a team of experts
Where the expertise feels any unauthentic they visited the place which refers the data then the data was cross-checked from the reliable sources who were the part of the family of the person with data has belonged. This whole work was done on the library. If any change has been suggested by the expertise then that change had done throughout the research work. Till the end of the research work, we had visited various plaauth authenticationnntipurpose sense Some visits took place in the BUDHAA followers temp and some were taken place in the medical school to get the data and study of the earlier patients.
Potential ethical problems
There was the problem of considering spiritual issues and the study done by another researcher on the same issue. It was difficult to analyse the data on any theory it was required to experience the thing to understand that how difficult the situation will be with the people who are facing this kind of problem. We couldn’t use any name from the list of person who has faced this problem in past.
Another issue was that a story of a person we considered is authentic or not so it was hard to believe on interviews we have taken as well as it was unethical not to do trust on the person who took out to time for the interview. Our team have worked efficiently still there was a problem of hurt someone’s emotions so, we have considered a dull image to present the character which was come to life during research work.
We have discussed here that this whole process of the brain cannot stop with medicine or the mental problem of this kind cannot be treated with prescribed medicine. A creature can be prevented from this kind of problem. We all understand that prevention is the best medicine for any kind of disease whether it is a mental disease or physical disease. Do meditation regularly the art of living from the great Buddha teaching is the best meditation form to prevent self from the problems which may come due to grief. This meditation technique is tested for the last 2500 hundred years. This technique even helps you be concentrated on your mind.
Now, what for those, who are already suffering from this problem of deep sadness who has already met with the path of mental problems? This is an again tasted way which we are suggesting here for the creature who has already met with this. The creature is suggested to live with his family for a long period till new good memories do not take the place of old memories. Start meditation regularly this will heal you from the inside and help you to organize all the work as you were organizing later.
This will lead you to the end of the process of negative thoughts arising in your mind earlier the person is suggested to go for the tours with family. He is suggesting taking long trips with friends. Do work of your choice do the work you like most or it can be said that develop your hobbies so it can give some tranquil effect to your brain it will improve the ductility of your brain, as well as your thought power, will improve? This whole process will develop your thinking as well as your confidence. If once your confidence will be higher then you may be fighting with the initial stage of the mental illness and you can prevent yourself from facing bad times of your life (Eagle, et. al., 2012). Sometimes the person is suggested to visit a physiologist so he can get the idea that at what stage he is? So he can follow the way we have suggested here to follow. We do not say that this is the best way of healing from this kind of problem but we can say that it is a tested way of healing lot of people from this kind of problem have been treated this way. We do not suggest to analyses you at on basis of this research but we can commit that people have observed themselves and achieved good results.
Limitations
As we know every research paper has some limitations it does not explain all issues all dimensions on the topic still we have concluded that according to the study of other research papers still if there is any some hidden sections are remained such as how Buddha teaching works and how it will be performed. We tried over best to provide the required data still some points remain unexplained which we couldn’t consider in detail because of the limitations of words and other issues like they were sub-points and circumstantial topics required to be read.
Here we have taken a very sensitive and lime issue in this research and lead our thoughts to discuss the origin of the problem and actual roots of the problem that why a creature met with this kind of situation in his life (Lichtenthal, & Cruess, 2010). The root point of mental illness has been defined by us deeply here and bright the main root throughout the research to make it understandable for others easily. It is also given by us that this root is the main problem of your miseries if you will somehow succeed to bring it out then you’re all sorrow and gloom will eradicate for a long time.
We have discussed the issue in detail as we have described the difference between short term sorrow or long term sorrow such as grief is something different from physiological problems. This kind of problem which has to discuss here is cannot be defined through pathology it is some kind of emotional phase research work that can research or studied (Melhem, et. al., 2011). It is found different from depression.
The whole research is divided into various points some of these base points are abstract, introduction and literature and so on. The abstract part is designed with adequate words and we have used simple verse in this research the study material we have recovered from various resources is authentic.
We have cross-checked all required data to implement this research. It consists of a lot of facts about the brain and human physiology which we have learnt after deep research and consult from various expertise. This whole section has developed to eradicate the problem of people to prevent the people from serious mental diseases (Friedman, 2010).
We have described the aim and targets in the introduction. At the end of the research paper, you will find the citation as well as references based on the topic. This research paper includes all dimensional studies on the topic. This describes the analysis of the previous work.
We have considered all required theories related to this topic. It consists of a title page and a broad line page with numbering at the bottom of the page the whole research has been done with the following set patterned writing of a research paper (Cuthbert, & Insel, 2013). To get the idea of the research paper we have considered research papers on the other topics to analyse the thought process and style. It has been concluded as a way of removing all your miseries through meditation. The whole research paper successfully described all objectives and aims considered to discuss in the paper.
