Mindfulness is a kind of meditation that teaches you to be aware of the changes in your body. It is a technique that teaches you to stay calm with the way of being aware of the changes that come within your body at a particular moment. 

It teaches you to remain calm while observing these changes. It is a technique where you will be taught to remain calm in your hard time. The concept behind this technique is "human is made up of several cells and every cell does some action at the particular moment who is directed by your brain". 

This meditation technique teaches you to view this change within the body.
