The Speech I Couldn't Deliver

 The speech which I couldn't deliver on the day of the debate competition.

The topic was 

"Better opportunities in employment for women is the only way to achieve the goal of gender equality"

I am very sure this topic is been decided by any man or society of men.

Because I find it similar to the words

"You will be only safe when you will go to school with your brother"

"You will be only respectful when you will be learning households work and "silayi" "kadhai- bunnayi" etc.

So you don't need to go to high school for higher education you will be only good here.

It seems similar to me to those it doesn't, I must say they are innocent like my mother.

The word "only", when is been used anywhere with anything within any sentence frightened me and bound me to take a riot or make me rebellion somewhere, same as "Galileo" or might be other scientists who didn't believe in the theory of Italian Popes for construction of the universe and got burnt alive with his research and theory which was against the religious theory of Pope system 🔯  and supreme of god.

He must be told earlier that God only runs this world.

Same as women are always told. With Only

When I look into the history there are plenty of examples that describe that "not only better employment opportunities may bring equality but we need to welcome women at every field at every platform"

In the same course, I would like to take some names, some of you must be aware of these names and their roles in society.

Rani Lakshmibai, Ahilyabai, mother Teresa, Anibesnt why to go so deep into the history let's take a few examples from current Marry comm, Vasundhara Raje, Aruna Roy, jumpaalehri, Aishwarya Roy, Susmita sen and many more they weren't employed anywhere under anyone. There is a need to secure their identity but not to secure only their job opportunities.

It seems like it is once again and forever is propaganda of males dominating society to rule over women by restricting them to jobs I feel so, 

because they have already prejudiced minds and they have a list of which jobs is for women's good.

Or

As far as you want me to talk about equality, equality may come when we will have been seeing an equal ratio of women on every platform whether it is sports, politics, education, Arts Employment or anything else even maybe in crime.

So do think again women whether it is pulling you out from one pit to put you in another.

Be aware if they are not clutching your wings.
